Design & Building Permit

- 1 – DC1 Design Approval
AMEC will conduct a comprehensive review of the updated Architectural Design, Final Detailed Design, Structural Design, and MEP Design for submission to the Municipality for initial approval of the DC1 stage.
The following submissions will be included in the review:
- Architectural Drawings [concept will be provided by the client]
- Life Safety Drawings.
- Initial Electrical Drawings.
- 2 – Drawings for DC2 Approvals
AMEC will conduct a review and upload the necessary documents to obtain final approval for the DC2 stage, which will then be submitted to the Municipality for final approvals.

- 3 – License of the new Building
AMEC’s Architectural Engineering will carry out all the responsibilities for all the engineering Consultancy services of the project according to the following disciplines without any responsibility for any that be Submitted specialist requirements. In order to obtain Final Building Permit License and Completion Certificate.
